Caroline is a freelance photographer and journalist currently based in Latin America, where she has worked on a variety of assignments and projects throughout the region and world for international and US-based media, travel publications, NGOs and private clients. She holds a dual B.A. in Documenting International Culture & Society (photojournalism based) and Political Science from Colorado College, and has worked at the Maine Photographic Workshops, Art Workshops Guatemala, and in photo editing for several magazines and a travel publishing network. Caroline has received several grants to undertake projects on a variety of human themes around the globe, is an '06 Eddie Adams alum and '08 Foundry Photojournalism Workshop VII scholarship recipient, and has won awards in the BOP and Women in Photojournalism competitions. She is fluent in Spanish, proficient at gathering and editing audio, video and producing multimedia projects, and is available for local and international assignments on a moment's notice.
